These specifications describe new catalogue projects for one business and one language. Your proposal confirms compatibility, access requirements and the final scope before work begins. Existing clients keep their agreed scope and plan.
| Module | Standard implementation | Quoted separately |
|---|---|---|
| Client Portal | Client login and password reset, one client role with staff access, client profile and one standard dashboard. | Contracts, booking, invoicing, gallery delivery, multiple organisations and bespoke dashboards. |

| Invoices / Invoice Portal | One business and currency, invoice creation and management, one PDF layout and secure invoice access. | Accounting synchronisation, payment collection, multiple currencies and bespoke credit or refund workflows. |
| Managed Content CMS Upgrade | Up to two agreed repeatable content types, their fields and admin editing, presented within existing page layouts. | A visual page builder, additional content types, bespoke layouts and data migration. |
Editing the existing sections of a Professional website is part of that website package. The CMS Upgrade adds new content structures. Any required shared login or portal foundation is identified in the proposal, with overlapping work accounted for once.
For other modules, the proposal sets the included items, workflow, limits and acceptance criteria. A module price is not an unlimited custom-development allowance.

How keyword tracking works: we agree the target list, search market, language and device at onboarding, then report monthly changes and the pages associated with those queries. Each keyword/market/language/device combination counts as one tracked target; Premium's 50 targets are shared across its selected languages. Search Console query data is reported separately and is not presented as a guaranteed live ranking.
Local SEO and Google Business Profile work apply where relevant and require authorised access. Additional profiles, verification disputes, reinstatement work and ongoing review responses are separately scoped. Competitor review identifies opportunities; it does not include a promised number of backlinks or paid placements.
What the Premium page coverage means: up to 200 agreed page URLs are covered by technical checks and monitoring, with targeted optimisation prioritised each month. This is not a full rewrite or complete re-optimisation of every page each month. The covered URL list, including language versions, is agreed at onboarding.
Six articles, plus their translations: Premium includes 6 original articles and translations into the other agreed languages, up to 5 languages including the source language. With all 5 languages selected, this is up to 30 article editions per month. The 1,500+ word specification applies to each original article; translated length varies naturally by language. Length and subject scope are agreed in the editorial plan.
Content allowances mean completed articles, not briefs alone. Each article and its included language versions receive one consolidated revision round. You supply business facts and approve publication; language-review responsibilities and publishing access are agreed at onboarding. Reports distinguish delivered work from content published or awaiting approval. Monthly allowances do not roll over.
Routine optimisation covers existing content, SEO fields and agreed configuration. New functionality, custom code, rebuilds, paid placements and advertising are separate. Translation of unrelated existing content is separate from Premium's included article translations. Onboarding requirements and any separate setup work are confirmed before you commit. Search rankings, traffic and AI-search inclusion are not guaranteed.
These are the catalogue SEO packages. Existing subscriptions and the separately listed SEO & AI Search offers retain their own prices and deliverables; this guide does not switch or reprice your plan.
Hosting is the infrastructure your website runs on. Support & Care is ongoing management, security and maintenance. Development is new functionality, and is always priced separately.
£120/yr
£210/yr
£280/yr
Monthly and annual figures are alternative billing options. Existing subscription billing remains unchanged. Hosting quotes identify the application, database, file storage and relevant usage limits.
Care covers maintenance and support, not development hours. Minor content updates are included only where a written allowance defines their scope and limit. There is no automatic rollover.

Your written proposal confirms the scope, schedule and services you are buying. Existing customers continue under their agreed plans.
We confirm a delivery window once the scope, required content and access are agreed. A brochure website and a platform with multiple modules have different schedules. Content delivery, feedback and third-party approvals can affect the launch date.
You provide approved text, branding and images that you have permission to use. Copywriting, photography, stock licences and translation are separate unless your proposal includes them.
A revision is one consolidated round of feedback within the agreed design and scope. Essential includes one round, Professional two and Premium three. A new design direction, extra pages, new functionality or changes to approved scope require a separate quotation.
Your proposal specifies the handover, documentation and any training session for the admin functions included in your project. Additional training or onboarding for a wider team can be quoted separately.
Our terms distinguish bespoke final deliverables created for your project from pre-existing VorinVista components and third-party software. Rights in bespoke final deliverables transfer on full payment as set out in the agreement. Reusable components retain their applicable ownership and licences. Your proposal identifies what source code and access will be handed over.
We confirm export and handover arrangements in your proposal. Moving a custom website depends on its software licences, infrastructure and integrations; migration work may be charged separately. A hosted SaaS subscription does not include ownership or transfer of that product's source code.
The minimum term, renewal date, notice period and treatment of prepaid fees depend on the product and your agreement. Check your proposal or subscription terms before purchasing. Existing plans keep their agreed terms; this catalogue does not reset a contract or change a subscription.
VorinVista is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not currently charged. If our VAT status changes, the applicable VAT treatment and effective date will be made clear in quotes, invoices and any required notice for ongoing services. VAT has not been added to the displayed prices at present.
Depending on your project, separate costs may include domains, hosting, object storage, email or SMS usage, payment-provider transaction fees, platform subscriptions and paid licences. We identify relevant costs in the proposal rather than treating them as included in the development price.
Our managed Hetzner servers have daily server backups. Files held separately in S3 object storage are outside the server disk backup; their protection and retention must be specified separately. Your proposal identifies covered data, retention, recovery arrangements and any restoration charges. No fixed recovery time or zero-data-loss guarantee is implied.
Our standard terms provide a 14-day defect-fix period for bugs that materially affect core functionality, unless your agreement states otherwise. Ongoing maintenance follows your selected care agreement. New features, modules and design changes are separately scoped and approved.
A minor content update replaces supplied text or an image within an existing field or section. It does not create pages, layouts, forms or functionality and does not include copywriting or image sourcing. It is included only if your agreement gives a specific allowance and limit; care does not include a bank of development hours.
Read our Terms of Service alongside your proposal and any product-specific subscription terms.
